Some swirl remover on it will give it a nice mirror shine.

If you have a buffer, Sand it with some 2500 grit then on a compound foam pad use meguiars ultimate compound, followed by a polosh foam pad with with meguiars ultimate polish then follow with a finish foam pad with some swirl remover.

The foam pads are about $7/8/pad(HF) and the polish is about $8/bottle(walmart)

Cars looking good! And those clear fogs are pretty cool. Never seen clear fogs on your model car.

I actually just sold my blades a couple of hours ago! Made some money off of them, funding my turbo set up! So excited. I'm picking it up tonight.

Thanks, the fogs came with it so pretty lucky.

More info later today.

Not sure if we were on the same page. Are you talking about the wheels?

Bahahaha guess not, but yeah. I never thought of buffering my paint. Maybe I should? But aesthetics are gonna be put on hold for a bit.. I'm going turbo!

Thanks! Got em, wasn't a fan at the end, flipped em for good profit.

I wanna say I've owned maybe 4 sets of blades. Love em but get bored of wheels.

So a little more info on going boost.

Boosting my coupe was never a thought, but as everyone knows nothing goes as planned. Wanted to go B-Series, changed my mind, a buddy of mine owns 2 240sx, one is going turbo. So I said, why not?! D-Series are bullet proof, been reading online, gathering information, my mechanic is currently boosting his right hand-drive b series vtec hatch so he's gonna be doing the installation for the most part. I'm gonna be collecting parts for the most part, my wife gave me the green light. So yay! My goal is nothing crazy, I'm gonna go for a safe, reliable, enough to be daily driven without issues set up. A safe 8lbs of boost is where I'm gonna be at, shooting for 200hp+. I think it's not impossible.. We'll see.

Default Ray's Black Coupe

Waiting on parts suck butt..

Random pics of previously owned vehicles.

'91 Civic Hatchback
Loved this hatch, immediately regret selling it.

Ssr's-ChargeSpeed-Skunk2-Oem

'97 Civic Hatchback

Plans were to track it, wasn't really committed to this build. Missed it, traded it, regret it.

'02 Rsx Base Model

Bitter sweet relationship, tried "static", not for me. But, this Rsx got me to my current Coupe, things happen for a reason?

Still waiting for parts to get here, nothing major just some Spoon Sports items. I should be ordering my exhaust in the next few weeks..

Anyway, picked up some Polish Slipstreams today. Swapped my tires immediately.

Great 😒

And the finish product..

I think your next project should be tint removal.

Nice progress man. Slips are a solid choice and the polished against the black is a nice contrast.

Thanks! I always choose Polish over anything. Just like the way it looks.

Default Ray's Black Coupe

I'm soo indecisive & impatient.. I'm just gonna stick to turbo'n my coupe. Was this close to buying a full Gsr swap, patience is a virtue.

Anyway, order a engine bay dress up kit from Down*! Super fast shipping, ordered Friday/Saturday (can't remember) got here today!

Nothing crazy, but will start to buy more products from Frank.

Oh, installed these over the weekend as well.

That's it for now, there's this local meet call SpringFest in April, gonna see what I can come up with..

Idk if anyone else is reading this still? Lol, but thanks for watching!

Cant go wrong with spoon parts. Dig the downstar kit as well. Keep up the progress. All you can do is push the project as time and money allow. Kudos on the build so far though.

Hey thanks man! I'm just a very impatient person in general. I'm always changing my mind, try to jump on deals without thinking. But I'm gonna try not to with this build, I wanna do it right the first time. There's more to come..
