That other holes holds on the front peace. That is why I cut around it like that, I'll have pics up of that soon, ran out of stainless bolts.

Unless you mean the factory holes, then I just didn't have a big enough peace to cut like that. It is hard to find a big peace of aluminum around here, well being that thick.

I gotta make them, I'll let you know when I'm done. You can just pay me for the shipping and the aluminum.

Oddly enough I am an insurance agent.

This stuff is just what I love. I want to do every thing I can my self, and not because I'm a cheep *** (yeah I am) it's because I want to be able to do it all and say "I did that".

Like the first time you do your own brakes and it turns out good. You kind of feel good about your self.

I have a lot of work ahead and I am trying not to rush my self, but still get done before I die, lol.

I am taking the door off the white one because of the hole in the driver door of the blue one and with the white one already having all the hole problems I thought it just fit better there. I'll fix the hole I just know it will not look perfect and I want my blue one to look and run the best it can, if not; all this work will be for nothing..........

Here's some more work:

Found out one of the wheels are bent but they balanced out so I guess I'm cool there. I had to get another wheel bearing, I messed up the other one, so this is now slowing me down. I got all the driver side done and the shift links installed.

this is a bitch

My wife took the kids and went out of town for about 5 days, so there is going to be non stop work till they get back wooohooo.

No it's still like that. I think I'm good, I mean hell if I can't get it in then I'll never get it out. You can heat it up and that will help, but I think I am just going to leave it.

^^ no kidding..................

Well last night I got the tb cable on, the exhaust on and all the sup in on. I need to bleed the brakes, put some MTF in the tranny, then she is well, some what drivable.

The tb cable is a nice little peace, it went in really easy and looks good, just for those that cut and re-solder there links. The shift link fit sooooo nice, witch is weird because the same link I got from a shop here I got from e-bay and the one from the shop does not fit right...........o yell.

I now know if your speedo is not hooked up you will not get v-tec!!!
It took me all day yesterday to get that, lol.

I also see that I have no knock sensor hooked up, so I went ahead and wired one up and it must be bad, the car will not rev past 4,000 rpm.

There is a loud tingeing coming from where the knock sensor is so I am thinking because it's not hooked up that is why I here that noise.
Half way there now!!!

I am finding that I will need the knock sensor, or I need the ECU chipped to delt it. I was getting some codes but I had for got to re-set the ECU so I got a code 17 (vss) and 22-23, witch 23 is the knock and 22 it the vtec oil sending unit. Fixed all but the 23. The intake is only temp...........

Heres a few pics and a little vid.....it's a little dark but you get the idea. There is a loud ticking that comes and goes so I am thinking it's the knock, don't know.

How about some Greddy
