Well, I'm bored so starting my build thread. I got this car back in Feb., my junior year in highschool. I'm now a Senior ill try to update as much as I can. I am paying for EVERYTHING down to the last screw on this car. Hate or not i don't care. Enjoy
1992 civic Cx. got it for $850 runs perfect.
Cleanest bay ever!!! haha jk
Rust
I did buy quarter clips just like this, will have installation pictures.
First thing i did clean the interior and bought a new Gauge/ A/c panel. The previous owner had the car broken in so the people decided to break both of them

Well so long as the difference in power output between the bigger motor and the original motor is enough to compensate for the addition in weight of the bigger motor, but I think the H22 has that covered.
I'm sorry are you trying to suggest he should not have moved to the H22? Is it that you have something else in mind that would be better than the H22, or do you think he should have stuck to the stock d-series? I don't get it, how is it possible that the H22 could not be considered a move in the right direction?
To the OP, good luck on the project. I'm jelous, my high school car was sad by comparison, an 88 subaru that received an engine swap to get RID of a turbo...

no no no. better than the D-series? yes. i agree with that. but when you have to cut mounts and weld new ones in, cut your shifter area out in car, you have to ask your self if its really "cost effective" what would i reccomend? a JDM 01 ITR swap. but i know the H-series is cheaper by alot so i can see why he went with it
