ok i have finally got the temperatures working properly. i took a drive down to moorehead city to hit the starbucks and drove all the way back and temperature was maxed out at 188 about 50 minutes of driving. this new 13" spal fan is NO JOKE! the first time i turned it on it blew the fuse so i had to put a 30 amp fuse to replace the 15 amp fuse. my thermostat is a 192 so thats something else to keep in mind. i got the fan for 149.99 and it definitely is worth every penny. As you can see the powercoating job came out great! i spent about an hour in the bead blaster trying to get the old wrinkle black off the valve cover haha. and thanks for the worthless comment about the holes in the bumper. your the only person with a negative comment EVERYONE else has said it looks awesome! and i have to agree with everyone else.

i am very pissed about the manifold coating... when i first got it it was completely solid black and looked great! now its all jacked up lookin...now i will say though it is ugly but it is a functional coating i am able to touch the manifold after only like 5 minutes after shutting down the car. its an hpc coating

Nice progression from page 1 to here. The only thing I'm really irked by is the intercooler mounting...it's shotty looking. You could easily pull it up a substantial amount. Delsols have more intercooler room than anything, there's just no excuse.

On the upside, the lip helped though, and with the car lower the frontal view improved. Better ride height, improved look...it was a good progression like I said.

On the HPC coating, WTF! HPC advertises the best quality, but it seems their stuff sucks almost. Is this the extreme coating or no? I wonder if the silver coating holds up better? I wanted to get it done to my mani, but I'm really questioning if I want to or not.

Regarding my intercooler installation. My intercooler is hitting the bumper support. The front of the intercooler is completly parallel to the front of the bumper support. This is just the way the charge piping was made for my car. There is no more room to move it forward without changing the charge pipes and cutting the front bumper grill out. Some of it is actually cut out to make it fit Also I have the 8 inch intercooler not the regular 6 inch one. I dont know what id do to get a 10 or 12 inch tall intercooler in there.

The HPC Coating I got is suppose to have more heat resistance than the silver one. Why it is flaking and just looking like ****? I do not know. Maybe I should send it back or something.

yeah but now that i realize that it matches your intake manifold, i can see the theme. the charge piping and valve cover match...get some blue silicon radiator hoses to compliment that spiffy radiator to match your wires and body color, and bam! i tell ya...for some reason, i'm a sucker for those blue silicon hoses. prolly cause i cant' get any for my ZC

my turbo is currently a t3-60-1 and i want to upgrade to something supportable of 700 horsepower. i plan to get a sleeved benson block this time next year when i have the money. what i need to know is what turbo will support that power but is not much larger in overall size compared to the current turbo i have. how much bigger is the the t3t67?

Speaking of goal, so did you make your goal?

I thinking about ugrading my turbo before I actually redyno. Is a T3T67 close to the overall size of a T3-60-1 I ask because I am trying to make sure I have enough room for the fan.

I dont understand why the turbo inlet is right behind the rad. Horrible design imo.

How would you stuff a turbo of that size in the front end of the car and retain A/C?
Its a great design, to keep A/C.

That turbo receives a direct flow of hot air coming from the rad fan though.. i guess thats where a filter and custom inlet piping would come in handy. Looks kinda scary not having any sort of screen over the inlet.

Edit: i just saw the piping haha nice.

Figured Id also post a pic of the bay with its current status. I added the T1 vacuum block. I think it looks great and really cleaned up the bay well.
