page 1 and 2 are mostly the pictures of the progress of getting the murdered out look
page 3 and 4 mainly consist of once i got the murdered out look and other little mods

well the reason for this build was because i went away from jersey to texas for school and my DA didnt come along for the trip...while i was there i picked up a DC2 teggy to build up which i eventually brought back to jersey...being back in jersey ive started to give my DA a make over while daily driving the DC2

now you will notice the my DC2 which only gsr`s and type r`s are labeled this has an LS...its because the car was stolen from the previous owner and he put an LS in the car when he got it back with clothe seats

the first set of pix are the pictures i saved from the for sale thread from houston-imports.com

before i had some of my tools shipped out to me i did what i could with what i had...

cleaned up the engine bay little by little
ordered DC strut bars
skunk2 shift ****
painted the trunk area

Good start!

as you can see in some of the pictures the car does have some 1/4 panel damage on the passenger side.. luckly i found on houston-imports a kid getting rid of his crashed up type r shell...all the damage was on the left side...and he had already sold most of the parts...he said for 100 bucks i could get what i wanted off it...

which ended up being 1/4 panel (even thought i didnt plan on doing body work any time soon)

thank god i had a freind with a trunk to help me bring this stuff home

still felt bad cutting up a Type R thought but for what was left of it...it was its time to go

and also did a rear wiper delete..and "spoon" side mirrors because the driver side mirror was broken just got them for replacement

and i did yellow high beams

painted the wheel black as well

with some freinds....

silver integra was from illinois...and it got stolen i think it was march or so??
the f-ed part is he did the yellow high beam headlights as well and we saw them for sale on craigslist..he called the cop "working" on his claim ...and gave the number...all the cop did was call them up ask if they were stolen..they said no..so they cop said ok...next thing you know the kid deleted the post

so much more to the story before that....there was a video of the trunk that came in with the people that stole it..showed the plates and everything...the video only stays recorded on memory 7 days....the complex made a copy of the video on the 7th day...but when the cops picked up the cop...and looked at it...........two weeks later of course...they said it was blank!!!



the red integra was coming along super clean but his story ends getting smashed by a truck
which wasnt till a few months ago... both theyre cars will pop up from time to time in pictures

had to get my integra a new distributor and motor mounts...litterally...out of the 5 motor mounts....1 wasnt even there....3 were completely broken all the way around....and 1 was kinda broken..but dude my car was shaking so bad hahahaha also did energy suspension inserts on them

ohh yea and picked up the red 98-01 front bumper at the salvage yard for 10$!!! has a big crack but i got creative and did zip tie x`s when i finally put it on....

that picture of the sherrif parked on a dissabled parking zone is great news material.

the very same action was caught years ago in canada and it was big news on most channels,Iam sure thats got great potential for extra and easy bucks!

Hahahahaha I should give it a try who know what will happen. I never even thought about he was parked in a handi capped I actually didn't notice till I was looking at the pix last night

this thread is a disappointment, i was wanting to see a murdered out dc2, but in stead we get a bone stock dc2 with black rims. last time i checked "murdered out" was black vehicle, dark tinted windows, black headlights, taillights, and black rims. just not a black car with black rims.

lol dude im not even done posting the pictures of the build trust me i got the car murdered out im just showing the progress of how it got to where it is now... check back in a few days ive just been trying to organize the pictures as well so you dont get pictures from the first month i had it to after a year..back to month...i didnt even get to the suspension goodies or the engine i built...i promise it will get better..ill post some more pix up now actually so you are not disappointed

the clutch went out on me..it happeneded kinda unexpected..so i just went with a exedy with fidanza flywheel.....but one of the springs came out of the clutch disc it was jammed between the disc and pressure plate so the disc didnt want to move

the transmission was sooo dirty tried to clean it the best i could...i still cant believe i got this done the way i did..i wa still low on tools i had available since most of them werent shipped yet so i had to borrow a few sockets from a freind to do the job

new sparco seats...woot woott....these didnt go in for a whiiiillee thought i wanted to atleast get the car lowered..before putting them in didnt want to look anymore like a rally integra hahaha

also picture of the trip meter when i got 500 miles on the clutch!

the car was always burning coolant on me and oil was mixing into my coolant as well so i decided to do the head gasket

with ARP head bolts

but the situation was worse then a bad head gasket
ended up being a chipped block

and i also have pictures of painting the valve cover and stuff since you`ll see in some of the pictures i already have it on

and the pictures of the block....when i saw this...is when i knew i need to start making plans for a build...and soon..very soon

my freind tried cleaning up all the carbon build up i had with a razor..

and after the last picture here my phone f-ed up so thats all i have for the headgasket weekend

oh yea i also had put the 98-01 front bumper on i just didnt have the headlights yet i also have pictures of that..ill post up
