I've had my JDM conversion sitting in my room for a while and finally got off my lazy *** and put it on =] Sorry for the poor quality. BB storm's camera is kinda whack.

bumper cover and bumper support removed.

passenger side spot welds before and after...the ones i took off towards the front of the headlight support didn't even need to come off.

Top portion of the T-bar beginning to separate.

T-bar off. Dont forget to cut off the extra metal on each side of the radiator support so that the headlights will fit.

top and bottom portion of the tbar. If i didnt drill out the spot welds towards the front of the bar, it would have came out as one piece.

Everything off.

I had the whole JDM radiator support but i decided to just weld on the t-bar since its faster and easier. JDM T-bar/bumper support/re-bar on.

Fenders and headlights mounted. I ended up having to settle for fiberglass fenders =[ they didnt end up fitting as bad as i thought they would but they still don't fit good enough to keep. so once i find some oem metal ones ill be replacing them.

Bumper, Grille, Lip, and Hood finally on. I the bumper sits just a tiny bit low and theres a slight gap between the top of the bumper and bottom of the headlights. the gap between the fenders and hood is nice, the gap between the fender and door is ugly, the gap between the fender and corner of the headlight is acceptable, and the gap between the fender and bottom of the A-pillar is pretty wide...sucks having to drill your own holes. =[
heres some final pics:

ill have some better pics once i find my camera charger. hope this helps some people that are debating on doing their conversion themselves. This was the first time i've done it and honestly it wasnt that hard..just time consuming (7-8 hours to complete) As long as you have the right tools. mainly a drill+spotweld bit, some sort of saw/cutoff wheel, and mig welder. thanks for looking! =]
