Default Just a appearance build thread.

Moved to http://forums.nwp4life.com/zerothread?id=15563&page=1
This will be the build thread for my R. That is all.
first day

Pulled apart for paint

nasty

put on my 32mm asr bar and found this.

called up asr right away he said he would send out new ones at no cost. He just wanted the old cast ones back to see what went wrong. Hands down best cust service I have ever delt with.

"ready" for paint

I showed up the next day to a wrong color car that looked like ***. single stage wong color paint alll over ect...

didnt even roll up the windows when sanding

paint on my wheel

I sat down with the guy and let him know I was not happy. He said he understood and wanted to fix it right. I laid out everything I was not happy about went back over what it would cost. I told him i didnt care about time just that its done right. Then they went back to it. A few weeks later I showed up and helped point out what i didnt like about the mask job. He was nice and fixed the things i pointed out.
This time I was happy when it came out. put it all together the next day.

installed side markers

flushed the clutch and brakes.

replaced the rotors

old ones

new bleeders

cleaned cleaned cleaned the int installed the seats.

old tip i cut off

new. much better

fixed the ac!!!

hub was a little long for me.

cut up. going to weld it up.

replaced all the painted bolts
