EJ1 Representing Canada!
Hey my name is Scott and I am from Regina, Saskatchewan(not born and raised but currently located here). I heard about this site back when I first got into the car scene here from a buddy who was big into the Honda scene. Not only am I into cars but I am also into photography(mainly of cars though =D), you can check some of my favorite work here:

Make sure to "like" if you do actually like!
Anyways, my first actual 'car' was and still is a 95 Honda Civic Canadian Si, came stock with rear drums, no power anything, sunroof and rear drums.
Here's what it looked like when I bought it:

As you can see, HUGE 17 inch rims that weighed roughly a 1000 pounds each and a pretty stock look. The car came with Neuspeed springs with Koni yellows(rear) and blown GAB shocks(front) as well as a cat back Invidia N1 catback exhaust. As far as the engine goes, an aftermarket valve cover and a no name SRI with a 9 inch K&N filter as well as thick NGK wires and iridium plugs.
Needless to say I got rid of the rims and rocked steelies with winter tires for quite sometime:

200 dollars plus about 150 for paint rendered these rims which I rocked till this summer:

Not a lot has been done as of yet to my car except a used lip, that I destroyed with stickers; cross drilled and slotted rotors along with ceramic pads; removed the side window tint and about a 1/4 of the rear(getting the rest off this weekend or next week); a Type R shift boot with a Mugen ***; front seats from a 93 Si; a bunch of interior parts that really cleaned up the inside; an iPod ready headunit along with type S speakers all around and a 15" punch and a 1000W amp. I also removed an old and unfunctional car alarm which freed up a lot of space under the dash.
This is how it sat last season on Skunk2 springs, which I am still using while I desperately need some custom rated ground control springs:

In the beginning of this season I bought some new rims, Konig WideOpens - 15x8 +20

Along with a set of Toyo T1R's - 195/45R15's

Decided I'm gunna fabric my headliner along with sun visors and pillar covers, still contemplating on what way I want to go with the interior.
pulled all this **** out:

from here:

so god damn dusty!

Pulled my deck out so I can solder my remote wire instead of just electrical taping it:

I also have to figure out whats wrong with my climate control, either theres a bad bulb, a broken wire or its a faulty unit. I'll start the car up and all buttons will be illuminated, then when I hit any one of the buttons the far right top bulb will go out. Not too big of a deal just sort of annoying, wouldn't mind a JDM climate control so lets hope its the unit itself!
Got a new battery, just a little advice, dont let your energizer sit outside all winter!
Mocked up a rim:

In need of a complete master bushing kit I went with the HardRace hard rubber kit and in need of new upper balljoints I ordered their Upper control arms(that are the best in the market IMO).

got some Honda H stickers for the konig Rims, really sets them off if you ask me!

I also did the rear disk conversion out of an Integra at a local wrecker, for 5.5 hours with my back on gravel the price was SO worth it, got both trailing arms with ebrake cables and booster/MC for 80 dollars!
Got my bushings pressed in at Frame and Wheel Alignment, the rubber bushings in the Blox LCA's I installed last season were pretty much garbage after driving for a few months(they lived up to their reputation.)

RTA bushings on the integra arms, really meaty compared to OEM(the most noticeable bushing in the rear suspension.) I got the shop to clock these bushings roughly 5 degrees to compensate for how low I knew I was going to go, they're the first bushings to rip when a person drops a Civic/Integra(along with the rear upper control arm bushings).

reinstalled gas tank and exhaust after getting the new ebrake cables installed. Just a little info, the ebrake cables from an integra are shorter than a Civics with rear drums, I could only use 2 of the 3 brackets.

As of now its driveable, you can really feel the difference with the new bushings and shocks, really smooth compared to before. The new tie rod ends, front camber arms and upper/lower balljoints really helped the feel of steering and overall tightness. Now I need a wheel alignment!

As you can see new mud guards, Spoon rep lip, JDM SiR headlights installed. I really like it. Next thing on the list is stiffer springs, these skunk2 400F/300R get crazy bouncy at times. Spring perches are maxed out low BTW.
Latest update on the car are JDM stanley corner lights:

Damn that Ej1 looks sexy! I always have a weak spot for Milano 5th gen coupe's with white rims... I also have a red EJ2 with white rims, but I'm not allowed to start a project thread yet.
What exactly did you do to the rear trailingarm bushings to compensate for the lowering?
