Default CRX UPDATED

hey everyone its been awhile since i did an update but here we go...
i finally came across some fenders for my crx a couple weeks ago and i finally found my paint code B53P Celestial Blue Perl. i was able to find a local shop who matched the paint for me and i had them mix me some cans of paint. now i kno its not the real deal paint job but i figure since my car has such a bad paint job due to it being oxidized i would give it a try. to my surprise the paint was a freakin awsome match.
here are the before pics....

keeo in mind these are pics with my cell phone i will post better pics tomorrow from my digital camera.
i did my fenders first....

and i was amazed so then i did the hood....

and here are pics i took at my job....

now i was thinkin since it came out good y not do the whole car until i save up for an actual paint job im gonna be getting my original paint re-done and keep the original two-tone paint. lmk wat u think.

yea i only ran one coat on the hood. i learned a lesson tho. "dont let the GF help with paint" lol she "helped" me primer the hood after sanding and left hella streaks in it. so it made my job go a lil longer, but she tried i couldnt get mad at her for it. at least no sho it. lol thanks im gonna be addin another coat on monday.
here are some better pics....

nice tiger stipes on the hood. Try sprying in the hood in both direction. from light to window and pass side to driver side, the tiger stipes will go awaywont happen

it looks pretty good but its obvious you dont have clearcoat on your fenders. You can get just clearcoat in a spray can from an automotive parts store and try that out. I re-painted my bumper filler on my hatch with base/clear in spray cans and it looks good. Your problem will probably be the opposite because right now they look dull but the color matches. Once you clear them, they will probably make the rest of your car look dull.

I like the CF hood and the OEM fogs too.
