Well figured it out. Turns out I have the long rods for Ls from eagle. Ordered new rods yet again. These were from my cousin and he said they were b18 but I never checked.

Now seeing that I have two sets of long rods does anyone know what combination or piston you need to get them to work?

Probably a LS crank and then they’d be golden. Just guessing

No these are long rods. Turns out you have to use custom piston with 27mm compression height vs the standard 30mm.

Ok some progress today. Spirolox are not fun! But got it. New rods are on. I ran out of energy to fully assemble bottom end. Still need to order gaskets and bolts from Honda for the block.

Got some more goodies. Got a fuel rail and regulator and s80 lsd transmission. Also ordered a few more parts that should start rolling in next week to get this running.

Stay tuned!

Finally success! Pistons that do not extend past the deck.

Also I redid my headliner but as I was installing it I noticed how different the colors were from the sunroof so stopped midway. Will hopefully finish up tomorrow.

Ordered a bunch more parts from Acura to hopefully finish up the engine.

Purchased a used silver surfer so hoping to be in the 400+ Hp range.

Got headliner reinstalled this weekend.

Also cannot find this friction plate anywhere ordered fidanza and not right. If no one chimes in I am going to ask a customer if I can make one in their machine shop.

This weekend was filled with some woodworking building a loft bed for my nephew.

Update on build. Received s300v3 and jumper harness. Next on list is to install Wideband and S300v3 into car with current engine. Then next I will be assembling the rest of engine. Parts list getting pretty short down to Mounts, Clutch/Flywheel, Fuel Pump.

This weekend was IMSA race at Road America. I have compiled my first video to have to do with racing and cars. Hoping to do more videos as a documentation of my build.

Also below are some pictures. No Honda's this year. Supposedly the new TCR class will have Honda Civic next year. There are Acura NSX and found a few Honda Groms and Pit Bikes along the way.

I haven't posted much here but still making videos of car's process. Hoping to paint engine bay and get the engine in and running by end of February. Then have turbo kit on and tuned by end of March.

Well been enjoying car for almost last year now. Made 300 whp on a synapse gate that we couldn’t get controller to control so got stopped at 10psi. I put in a tial in January and was able to tune to 14 psi and I was pretty happy there.

My turbo filter caused my radiator to spring a leak. Ordered new radiator and have to figure something out with filter.
