Took some more pics and remembered myself how long of a journey it was to get from where I was after my accident to now so here's some pics to recap,
After the accident,
The new 1999 GSR shell,
Miss my old neighborhood!,
Pulled the blown engine out to make room for mine.
And a few years later here she is. Hopefully it will be boosted again.

Thanks brotha! Yea had to start from scratch again pretty much! Well the new SK2 Pro S suspension is on, Engine has been fully maintenanced, and all new upgrades are installed. Once i send in my header to LHT performance to repair my dent its geting a retune N.A. I Already have ID 1000 cc injectors coming in. If you read back when i installed my new Alpha V2 header it got damaged . LHT is going to repair it for $100 which is great cause otherwise its trash! Im thinking about using a plenium spacer in the ultra manifold but dont know if i should save it when i retune the supercharger. I just cant wait to feel it N.A again then boosted again soon after! Miss the sound of the blower and upgraded surge valve!

Slowly getting there small update so i was looking at my fpr one day when i noticed my fuel return line sits on the intake manifold. So i ordered a 90 deg fpr relocator on ebay by streetrays and now the fuel line is completly away from the manifold!
Heres how it sat before,
And this is how the it is with the fitting installed,
I also recieved my ID 1000cc injectors in the mail. Ill be buying a rywire injector harness and then i need to install the Endyn Timing tentioner and repair the header and ill be ready to retune the engine N.A. I kind of want to pull off my Skunk2 Ultra manifold cap and do a custom desighn on it..
heres the desighn im going to dip the manifold in its called Digital Arctic cammo,

Looking good for that dip job. Just wondering if it will stand up to the heat? Also after your are done with the dip, do you add a protective clearcoat to it?
Thanks. This Supercharger blower does not get hot like other superchargers, its location and design make for a extremely efficient unit that does not suffer from heat soak. With a front mount intercooler added the IAT's are drastically reduced.
I remember touching the water cooled manifold on my old LHT JRSC setup that made 285 HP @12 psi after the dyno session and the manifold/blower was pretty hot but not as much as when it diddnt have the water cooled manifold but on my last dyno using this supercharger that made 275 HP @6 psi touching the blower it had no heat to it and was cool to the touch!

So i just ordered some parts hopefully to get a bit closer to getting her retuned, since im even more on a budget i decided to buy a universal intercooler and i also ordered a set of rywire ID injectors wire adapters and a walbro 255 fuel pump. Hopefully this weak i can get the car in the garrage and pull off the header and get it boxed up and shipped to LHT to be repaired, in the mean time i will do a valve lash adjustment and install the supercharger and intercooler kit maybe even the fuel pump im sure it will still run with the walbro fuel pump.
Next item on the list is the endyn timing belt tentioner then ill fab up the power stearing back on with a spacer i will have to get made along with a bigger belt which i should have in my box of stuff. once thats on and i get a few buck for the dyno tune il makje a appt at churches! so excited hahah cant wait to hear this blower again!

So the guys that painted my car got over spray on my under wheel splash gaurds, and they were also old and torn up so i ordered a new aftermarket pair from ebay for $45 not bad and they fit perfect which i was surprised with.
New splash gaurds.

It's coming together nicely! If you don't mind me asking, who painted your car and how much did it cost you? I have a project that I would like to get the body work taken care of and some paint if the price is decent.
Let me know if you get a chance...

I had a local shop paint it called J & A autobody and paint in Chula Vista CA. They charged me $1,900 for the body work repair and paint, and also paint matched the rims. The passanger side had a slight crease or dent in the quarter panel from a some type of accident from the previouse owner, it wasnt dented in but there was a crease accross the quarter pannel and the paint was damaged to so they fixed that and the body looks mint now and looks much better than how it looked lol, look at the pic before i droped it off it was so ugly and i drove it like that for i think at least 2 years haha.

Heres some pics i took of the install.
Intercooler bolted up,
Main bracket is on, the bracket arch was also machined so it will clear the larger B20 crank pulley,
Heres a shot of the spacers and Idle Pulley bolt. All new hardware makes the install a breaze, You can see the second slot i drilled out to locate the idle pulley closer to the blower pulley to prevent belt slip when using a smaller pulley for more boost. I also machined the arch so it will clear the B20 crank pulley.
When i put the bumper back on i had to face the filter pointing up to clear. (Update the filter came off every time shortly after trips so I ordered a 90 deg elbo and had it welded to the blower snail so now the rubber elbo has been replaced with a aluminums elbo!)
Big red surge valve on, love the sound of this.

Nice!!
It's coming along very nicely! Thanks for the the body shop info!
I just have a question regarding the bracket that holds the charger. Does the front of the bracket actually bolt onto a frame or something for extra support? It seems like the charger is just held out in front and the weight of the charger and the tension of the belt would seem to be too much for that bracket.
The B20 crank pulley was an easy way to get more boost, I had one and never used it. I almost bought the N1 pulley back in the day but I chickened out.
I've never seen a setup like this and I like that you cut a slot closer for the idler pulley to get as much belt wrap as possible. Just seeing this makes me want to throw away my JRSC!
