Default Boostfed's EJ6 build

Background:
Car was given to me by my parents in winter '06. First week of driving, I hit a tree. Ghetto fixed that, put some eGay lights on, and went into my rice phase. Winter '07- car was stolen, sound system stripped, interior trashed. Insurance gives me money for it, I do an LS swap with it. Shown here with the egay projectors and D-Series getting ready to come out:

LS in, still rockin the gay headlights and massively overweight MR7's (came with the car):

Picked up a B16 tranny w/LSD for the car, put that in with the swap.

Summer '08, daily driving the car, getting bored with the LS. First intentions were to turbo the stock motor, then I decided to build it and do it right the first time. Started collecting parts:

'Netics T4 - Picked it up for $500 new from a buddy

Synapse BOV

Teardown begins, repaint planned at this point:

Old core support coming off, too banged up to save. A new 99-00 front was in order

Old support off, bay in the process of getting cleaned/ scuffed.

New core support on, front end mocked up

Bottom end assembled, Eagle rods, JE Pistons (9.0:1), ARP rod bolts, ARP head studs

Car getting stripped to bare metal for some shaving and total repaint

Bay work

Just about all the way down to bare metal

Completely bare metal, finer sanding begins

Clutch arrives

Shaved

Shaved

Bay re painted

K-Sports

DP90 Epoxy Primer

Sandable primer

Guidecoat

Another layer of DP90 before the base.. to ensure decent coverage

Turns out they sent me the wrong clutch, so here's the correct one.

Based and cleared - Nighthawk black pearl with DC4000 clearcoat

After some cutting/buffing and re assembly

Cell phone pic, nearing completion though. New fat fives cleaned up/painted gunmetal by me. Ditched the 16's and picked up some falken azenis 205/50/15

Final product, front end just slapped together, need to play with the alignment and do some more cutting/buffing.

Under the hood, timing cover now on.

Still need:
New windshield
Get methanol/water bung welded into charge piping
Tune

EDIT: Found a couple more pics..

Synapse WG

And here's how the shave on the hatch turned out

EDIT #2 lol: Forgot to add that I got a set of Crower "stage 2" turbo cams along with valvesprings and retainers during the build.. also.. fuel system is single walbro 255lph and a set of RC 1000's, omni power 3 bar map sensor and oem resistor box..
Thanks for looking, comments/criticisms welcome.
