Type back in. Engine bay mostly complete. Waiting on new condenser.
Body panels loosely fit, checking out lines I'll have to rework, this car has seen atleast 3 deer. One by me.

Painter still have small removable parts like mirrors, side skirts, door handles, grill, that's stopping me from going any further with the body. No need to put the bumper on with no grill, no need to put the fenders on when they'll have to come off to wire up the power mirrors, can't put the door panels on because I need the door handles. And such!So I am excited to get that back.

Painter still has the small parts to paint. Excited for that, then I can get things rolling.

Speaking of rolling! I thought these would as a nice touch. I love me some OEM goodies!

They are pretty clean over all. 8+/10.

I ordered a ctr 5 lug set up from HMO, it's on its way. Should be here Nov 2nd.

Sooo many Honda people always say "I'm going to do this, I'm going to do that.." and you already know they aren't going to. Drives me nuts. So not to be a hypocrite, I had to follow through when I told a few friends I was going to 5 lug/itr wheel it. Just like at one point I said..hmmmm.. I think I'll do ebp. And at another point I said, ya know, I think I'll buy an ITR swap.

I am not ballin, I just work hard for what I have. This will be my nicest possession I've ever had.

Ive been driving a 100 dollar 99 sedan for now lol. I guess it'll get the SI rear disc brakes, and SI wheels.

Patient as f**k over here.. just dreamin of when I get to drive it again.

major respect for the build and the amount of time and dedication. seeing a car come together and seeing the amount of patience you develop in the process is something to be proud off. my integra sedan is close to coming alive and its taken me almost 2 years.

heres my build, I am also from the PNW.

5 lug suspension is here. I'm rather pleased with how clean the parts are, and that the trailing arm bushings aren't blown. I'll take these rotors into be turned soon, and get new pads. Just need to get tires ordered and mounted before I can install these, so I can move the car in and out of the garage if needed.

Thanks, I have this fascination with google maps. I was looking at rims on ebay and aspec wheel had an ad with a bunch of cars lined up in front of a grocery store, so for giggles I looked it up and found the store somewhere in the UK. It's more of a fun forensic thing. I started down that road of proxy chaining and finding targets to break into years ago but I stopped when a guy I worked with was arrested for stealing credit card numbers, and DMV access. I mostly like to see other cities and homes and the likes.

Got brembo blanks/pads for the rear.
Pads for the front. Had the front rotors turned. They are slotted in an odd fashion.
2 horns is better than one. I’ve been meaning to do this for a while now. Its loud as hell.
Nittos from eBay. Whole car is Ebay built I tell ya.
Mock up. Going to buy some new lug nuts soon. Front is all done really. Need rear camber kit to put back wheels on. I sold them to aid in a fast job on a guys car, So I didn’t have to wait for them to come.
Mock up. In the air.

Don’t have much more to update you with for pictures, painter says we’ll be painting the small parts with in the next week.

So so I figured, he’ll, it’s come this far. Let’s go all out. I’m going to build an engine for turbo. I thought my savings were about to start going back up, but I was wrong.

Dont be surprised if you see me buy an AWD kit for this car.. that may be in the horizon.

I have a GSR block torn down. I just sent the crank to the machine shop to see if it’ll spec properly, having it polished. Once I figure the crank in peachy, I’ll order GSR rods. Or if the crank won’t do, I’ll use a b20 crank. I don’t know a lot about forced induction, but I’m looking to go big. I’ve got a lot of learning to do.

Will be using the gsr block, b16 Head (since I’ve already got that), and I’m not sure gsr or b16 trans. Have either to use. But! If I hustle real hard, I’ll probably be using a CRV transmission . Give me a few months to build the engine.

I put the type R engine/trans in my 100 dollar beater 99 civic ex sedan. Super sleeper. It’s had no fenders or bumpers for a good 4 months now.

Alright, I’m that guy. After much thought, I’ll keep
it simple and FWD. :p.

Painter says stuff will be done by the time I’m back from this vacation, in 2 weeks. Honestly I hope so but I’d be silly to hold my breath at this point.

The GSR block, I’ve had it torn all the down for a while, was trying to figure out the build before I made any moves. Contemplated sleeving. I guess I will not sleeve.

The idea now is,
81.5 bore
wiseco 10:1 pistons,
manly turbo tuff rods,
bwr ram horn t3/t4 manifold,
Garrett turbo.. not sure on the details of the turbo yet.
skunk2 ultra street intake manifold, no spacer
70 or 72mm TB, brand? not sure,,
acl race bearings
not sure maybe ati dampener
Tial 44mm wastegate
Tial 50mm Godzilla BOV

Thats the basics of it. The details will be mentioned, but what steps I’ll take now is to get to ordering that stuff, send the block to the machine shop and the head to the head guy.

Then figure out all the smaller stuff I’ll need: mounts, fuel system, piping, intercooler, all the little things.

Thinking of all all of this had me a little stressed, until I was able to talk to a experienced shop owner for some turbo advice, so to ease the stress I am doing what I know, a stockish rebuild on a b16a3. I have nothing to do with it really, but have the parts. So I’ll sell it for what I’m into it once I am done.

I’d like to get going on a YouTube channel. I do enough Honda ****, why not. Just need to be all chipper and make you guys happy and jealous lol.

Going to vlog this b16a3 Job, then my blue car. Anyways, there’s your update. I’m shooting for it to be “done” in two months.

Also I traded my b16 head that I was going to use, for a GSR Head because it’s already been ported. .. I am going to need to figure out some cams as well.
