Default Tach and Speedo drop to 0 while driving

Hello,I have a 1999 Honda Accord EX with a 5-speed manual transmission with 350,000 miles on it. Recently, while driving to the airport, both my tachometer and speedometer dropped to zero momentarily while on the freeway. The engine appeared to run normally during these incidents, but they occurred around 10 to 20 times over the course of my hour-long drive. I'm still away on my trip, but I would appreciate any advice on what I should check when I return to the airport and, hopefully, when I'm able to bring the car home to work on it. Thank you in advance for your help.

Edit: Uploaded Video. Additionally my radio turns off and eventually my abs light came on.
