B18b Idea's
Ive got a 95 integra LS. Very low kms sitting at 152,000 original Kilometres (not miles). Very healthy motor and all maintenance is up to date. id like to do a few things to the motor. My suspension is already pretty much done with coilovers, camber kits, sway bars, lca's etc... Looking for any thoughts/ideas you might have!
So far ive got a magnaflow cat back 2.5" and a AEM short ram intake. Id like to install a header, a 4-2-1 im thinking, and a intake manifold of some kind. Thinking blox or skunk2. Also if it helps get a little more power out of it I could do a ecu tune (hondata, Neptune, etc?)
What kind of gains could you see me getting with either just bolting those parts on and calling it a day vs. actually doing a tune on in after from a professional shop?? Now im not looking for massive gains or anything and I really don't want lsv or to swap the motor. Its very healthy and burns little oil for a Honda. Id like to use the motor I have.
Any help would be fantastic!

Get a 2.5" exhuast. All the bolt ons are cool, won't yield big jumps. If you can find all the parts for fair prices go for it. I would honestly invest my money in a light flywheel, good clutch and a shorter geared transmision. B16 gsr etc.
I have a blox intake if you want to go that route pm me.

Thanks for the thoughts. I do have a stage 1 exedy clutch a 11.7lb flywheel to install sometime soon that I have already purchased.
And ya im hoping maybe 20-25hp gain with a tune. No tune 15hp or so? Is that viable thinking? Or could I do even better.
And edit: I DO have a 2.5" after looing through my recites.

Re: B18b Idea's
yeah definitely get that flywheel in there. perhaps a gsr trans, or a b16 tranny but only if you have a gsr 5th. personally i cant stand that b16 5th on the highway.
the best intake manifold for any b18b that is relatively stock internally is a b16 p30 manifold. it takes a bit to rig it to work but it can be done i ran one 10 years ago. perhaps a performer x might work too i havent researched that much on nonvtecs. anything itr style like a blox has too short runners.
get yourself a toda style header, maybe some crower 403's which i understand you can run with the rocket single springs and some steel retainers. a good tune with those parts will get you your 15whp gain. 20-25 you are likely going to have to bump compression etc.
do you have a baseline dyno at the moment to see if you make your goals?

Agreed on the trans swapping!
Pushing another 15 to 20 horsepower through those long *** LS gears isn't going to be really gratifying. ..
B16, gsr, or even ITR if you got a little more $. You'll ask yourself why you didn't do it sooner.
Then I'd do the boltons you mentioned and Hondata or Neptune. Really getting a tunable ecu should be near the top of the list in my opinion.
