I'd personally try to find an actual H22 intake manifold rather than running an adapter. Just because it can potentially make fitment more of an issue against the firewall/brake lines, and the extra distance from the head caused by the adapter changes the angle of the fuel injectors as the spray enters the port. Also increases the runner length but that's probably mostly inconsequential.

That being said, I'm an overly paranoid person and I'm sure the above solution would work out great.

Its been stated that the K2H manifold swap will run about $600 said and done with like RBC manifold. Its been said that the dyno increase was minimal over a EuroR H22 intake manifold on stock builds. For the amount of work and adapters etc. You would think be larger gains to advocate the work. But there is not. It is a wash. If you are using the H trans the manifold will be sitting much lower most will have to notch the Rear T Bracket on some of the K2H manifolds offered.

^Pretty sure there are still some very good aftermarket intake manifold options available as well for the H series.

im not sure, ive always run H22 manifolds on my h22s. like the guys above said, you might be better off financially if you run a euro r manifold, especially if your engine is stock or close to stock. if you have a ported head, big cams, high CR, you could probably stand to gain some high rpm power with an RBC, otherwise youll be spending money on a fancy setup for little to no gain.

Eh not too many. When i was building my h2b car i looked for options and pretty much the only good ones for a mild NA build were/are the ported oem h22, Euro R, and RBC. The skunk 2 pro series is ok, but it offers little/no gain over the euro and has all kinds of clearance issues for h2b cars. Regular h22 would be fine though. The other aftermarket ones i came across were sheet metal with huge diameter+short length runners that would be terrible for midrange power. The aftermarket needs a skunk 2 ultra street equivalent for the H series guys.

There is quite a few. Excessive makes H22 one but does sit low like K series. Magnus makes an H22 one. Gato makes an H22 one... think all 3 are low like K series with straight runners. All In Fab also makes one as well. Excessive is your cheapest option.
