H2b problem help

Default H2b problem help

My flywheel bolt came loose i dont know why.. i torque spec it 87lbs and put blue loctite on it..now 1 of the thread in the crank is already loosethread do you think i can still use my crank and the flywheel-?or i need to replace the crank and flywheel? i contacted qsd and they gonna send me new spacer and new bolts..




The spacer has some weld it came from the crank..



The dowel pin broke and the crank have some weld spot on it

Can i still use the crank and the flywheel?whats the cause of this?why my flywheel came loose?

You should probably tear it down and ask a machinist to repair it. I really don't think you're gonna be able to repair that at home and end up with a finished product that'l last a long time. I'd prolly just try to find a new block for cheap, I wouldn't accept something like that as a core for a rebuild but that's just me.

before you reinstall put some Loctite on the bolts

I put loctite on it and torque spec it..i have alot of vibration on the car

might be dumb of me to ask, but are you using the correct length flywheel bolts? When running the spacer between crank and flywheel you need longer bolts.
