Default b20b pistons to b20z pistons

i have a set of b20z high comp pistons from my old build and i have a stock b20b vtec engine now. would it be worth it to swap the pistons and shotpeen the rods?

it's worth about 5~10hp gain after all the machine work and a tunning session which might coss u about 500 bucks.
in my opinion, IT"S NOT WORTH IT!!!!!
u need high comp pistons for more power and still save money? get the RS H-T ***** B20/ITR Pistons!!!!!!!

does a light weight crank, eagle rods, hi comp pistons or built head give more power?
