Need Help with Navigation!
i just got my 04 TSX about 4 days ago and i freaking love it
as u can tell it is a pre-owned vehicle, my only problem is that i can not set up "User 1" because the previous owner did not change her pin. is there a way to by-passing this? like disconnecting the battery or sumthing? i dont feel like paying a massive amount of money just so Acura can press a few buttons...
OH YES, one more quick question, how does the radio security code look like? i found a piece of blue paper with a sticker on it. it has 4 numbers on the top and then like 10 letters and numbers on the bottom of that. i know the code is suppose to be 4 digits, so its most likely the top one, but still, i do not know if its the security code or not.
thx for ur help guys

hey my name is Sergio and i just purchased a 2004 Acura TSX.And i have the same problem!! cant change the code for "user 1"!!! any luck trying to find out?!..
i was able to reset it, but it was just a guess because the previous owner used the radio code as a PIN instead of her own personal code. maybe u should try that, but then again it might not work.

the radio code should be a 6 digit number.. for me, it was on a business card from acura (not a salesman's card) and had the info on it, along with my navi serial number.
as for the USER1, and 2.. i never set mine up. i did have the seat position stored on #1, but couldn't do the dash settings.
but, reading from the book.. i heard something you HAVE to use the FOB1, and can't just use the key to open the door.
im not sure, but the dealer ultimately has the answer. this should of been explained when you purchased the car. if not, go back. its a option that came from the car. the seller of the car should of explained it.
