Does anyone know how to take apart the armrest? I'm trying to replace a broken tray lock and can't figure out how to separate the cushion from the slider.

Anyone? I dl'ed the service manual and it doesn't tell you how to access the screws for the tray tab.

 

First remove the armrest from the car... if you have a friend it helps... flip it over and you can see there are clips on the inside use a flat head on one side and use another to release the clips.. and it should pop right out.

NOTE:dont pull on it it will only break the clips holding it together ..
