Alignment question
If you change suspension height at all it will throw off the toe angle. Obviously the more you lower or raise the car the further the toe will be off, but any adjustment of height will affect toe. If you went to a reputable place for the alignment they will usually warranty the work, just don't mention you lowered it more.....
Sorry, if this has already been addressed – my humble search didn't bring an answer. Here is the question: I understand reasonably well why partitions have to be aligned to 1 mebibyte value. I'm absolutely comfortable with this alignment when it comes to the first partition on a disk. However, a disk with a number of partitions more than one, let's say 4 primary and a couple of logical partitions – even though all of them are preceded by 1 mib “holes” - can I be absolutely sure that all of them will be properly aligned by GParted? In other words, this 1 mib space somewhere in the middle of a disk - is it the same thing as a space at the physical start of the disk. Can I blindly create any number of partitions on the disk using GParted without the need of recalculating if they're are evenly divisible by 4096?
