It comes off of an early 90's 740 or something lol. I got mine for like $12
Not gonna lie, it was kind of a bitch to put on by myself, I recommend having a buddy help out and investing in a heat gun!

Should help, you will need to take the bumper off though pretty sure. So, lift or not... wouldn't matter if the bumper was off haha. I would still throw it up there though just because

It would probably be easier if you took the bumper off and did it but the lift would help out to. Have you tried going on carparts.com, you can look for the bumper then ask them if it has the lip. But if all falls then you can always do the replica thing where you get a garage door lip and put it on. Looks just like the volvo lip.

Youre going to need to take the bumper off. I used 22 M8 bolts and nuts to hold the lip on. You will have to do trimming on the corners and warm/reform them with a heat gun to get the lip to follow the shape of the bumper. As it sits the corners are a sharp almost 90 deg angle.

You need to put alot of pressure on the lip to get it to contour so I would stay away from self tapping screws etc. Also becuase the lip hangs so low it takes some pretty hard digs. So far mine is still holding strong.
