looks like your getting a good deal i got mine alpine head unit, greedy evo2 exhaust system, cold air intake aem, jackson racing headers, and motega racing wheels 17" for 11g at 53k miles

60k does seem like a bit much but if you think about it ... the car is 5 years old ... that means its was only driven 10k miles a year ... thats pretty good seeing that most people put at least 20k daily driving most cars ... but still 60k is 60k on the engine ...
