High mileage ep3

Hi I’m interested in purchasing a 310k mile 2002 civic si for $1,000. Overall runs and drives good, doesn’t have rust . Good deal? I do all my own work. Just sold my Camry with 245k miles and currently have my other Camry with 210k miles. I drove 70-100 miles a day at 80mph so this car would be a highway commuter. Thoughts?
