Whose Header Are You Using?

I too am suprised to see the results of this. I guess people over time looked at the great header test. IIRC those 3 were up there.

I too am suprised to see the results of this. I guess people over time looked at the great header test. IIRC those 3 were up there.
I'd pick different headers for different projects.
If it's a basically street driven B motor in a basically stock Type R, I would get the OEM JDM 4-1 header with heat shields, and hook it up to a custom 2.5" exhaust. This is a time honoured combination that historically puts down more HP than you'd think you'd have a right to expect.
On a more modified car, I would probably go with SMSP's latest design.
If I were picking a header for a K-Pro-equipped K motor in an ITR, the way designs are today I would go with a DTR.
There are a couple of K-into-DC2 designs that are about to come out, and that could change my opinion of that.

I figured that. Not really needed on an NA setup such as the one you had.

Upgraded four of those round things that go up and down, starts with a P I think. It raised my condensation levels by alot. Then two of those rods that push those gates I believe. And all those gizmos in between that makes it all work better.
