USDM stock is 50...
it depends how wide the wheel is to better determine what offset you need. if you lower the car with the spoons, offset shouldnt be an issue. if you dump the car on bags, then offset may be an issue.

Im goint to be getting volk gram lights 17'. you are saying that anything from 40-45mm is fine.
for performance.. Try 43mm offset. You can go with Kosei K1 or cp 035. The Volks look "small". The RH look huge like 17`s, though they are 16`s
