wheel offset help
how can i figure out the offset of rims i don't know what it is?
i know its a stupid question. Just got some 16x7 BBS mesh rims, but don't know the offset. don't see a noticable number stamped on them either. i found the 16x7j, and the made in "Germany" but don't really notice any others. ANY help would be much appreciated
TIA

Sometimes they are and sometimes they're not, just depends on the manufacturer. Usually they wouldn't com engraved, but on the manufacturer sticker on the inside of the wheel, but of course older wheels that have been through a lot of use won't have those anymore.
It'll be hard to come up with an offset yourself...
