which valve springs and retainers do u reccomend

im starting to build up my head guys and im going with the skunk 2 pro series 2 stage 2 cams and im in between a couple of vavle springs and retainers please let me know what u guys think or ur personal experience thanks

supertech valve springs and retainers
omni valve springs and retainers
kms valve springs and retainers

i've heard good thing about rm retainers and valve springs.

that's what i got but they're in my room so i couldnt tell you how they worked

I just got the S2 pro 2+ cams.... monsters! Anyway, I went with the Supertech springs and retainers

I've never heard anything negative about Supertech. When I get my motor built after it takes a poop on me Supertech is what I will choose.

crower valvesprings for me, no problems after 30K miles. used to have their Ti retainers as well, but they were beginning to wear so I went back to stock steel retainers

Im also in the market for valvetrain and after doing alot of research im gonna be picking up RM gen 2 spirngs and retainers. Alot of guys who are using them are reving up to 9500+rpm with no problems.

I have been running Supertech valves, valvesprings, and retainers for a while now, and they have made plenty of trips to 9500rpms with BC-V cams.

The fastest all-motor B-series cars use Supertech valvetrain, (ie: Erick Aguilar ...)
