Since it doesn't have fuse, I'm assuming it's not an ITR.

Does the car have hydro tranny or cable tranny? If it's the later, cable tranny cars tend to have problems with speedometer cable that craps out on older cars... but then, Honda's w/ cable cars are really old.

Hey check the plug that goes to the vss if you look at the pins inside the plug and it has corrosion that can be the cause for your speedometer to jump around just clean it and spray lithium grease inside the connecter and your straight.

My ITR does not have this fuse. I looked in my mom's 98 or 99 ls(with the small fuses)
and that car has it.

Your car doesnt have it because you took it out or it never came with it? 97-98 ITR? All 2000-2001 have it...can anyone verify 97-8's have it or not?

Have you checked to see if your actuall speed sensor has gone bad? Do you have another one to try out to check that?

Didnt come with it.
I can verify that with my statement since i looked
speed sensor is good.
im gonna hazard a guess that when the integra went to small fuses they got the
alt/vss fuse
