Default Shift Pattern

I have a chance to drive a RHD ITR, and I was wondering if the shift pattern is the same thing as the LHD USDM ITR.

Like this:

1--3--5
| / | / | *****Driver*****
2--4--R

Or like this?

5--3--1
| \ | \ |
R--4--2 *****Driver*****

Sweet, so nothing is different?

Yep and you still use your right foot to accelerate, left foot to clutch and middle foot to brake

You're going to need to switch what hand you hit the turn-signal with though... my freind was throwing the wipers on every time he was making a turn when we drove a JDM STi
