Ran a 13.925!!
In my 1992 Civic Hatch with 1998 B18C5 swap in it.
FULL interior, STREET tires, EXACTLY how it runs everyday.
Set up?
1992 Civic Si Hatch (the heavier one)
1998 Type R swap
AEM CAI for 99 Civic Si
Tanabe Racing Medallion
Skunk2 camgears @ +2, -1
KENJI-REPROGRAMMED P28 ECU -- BAD-***!!
Rota C8 15'' on Pirelli P700Z (140 A/A)
13.925 @ 100.40mph. I was pretty happy for this being a STOCK motor and FULL interior.
See you guys around -- used to be dissappointed in the B18C5 swap, but NOT ANYMORE!!

BTW...u should get the cold air from a 98-00 type r...bigger pipping...

On street tires thats not bad. Remember he has an SI. They are much heavier than the Cx. In 94-95 they became even heavier. Figure his car weighs around 2400-2500 with him in it. Thats not to bad.

I always enjoy seeing people who tell me how fast MY car should be.
i'm not sure where you're from, but here in Georgia cars don't seem to run as fast as they do elsewhere. I see turbocharged Civic Si Coupes pulling 14.5's and Mustang Cobras turning 14.8's, so i'm still pretty proud of my time.
My car is NOT the light-*** CX, VX, or DX, so it's harder for me to turn those "should-be" times like everyone rants about just because they live by Sport Compact Car.
Sport Compact Car isn't here in Georgia my friend, but I am, so let's re-write the Sport Compact Article and add this:
B18C5 in 1992-1995: 13.00-13.500 (**unless you live in Georgia - 13.90-13.97**)
I may seem to be an *** right now, but I'm just tired of people who try to tell others what their cars should be running.

Nice time, btw what does you slip look like > the 60's, 1/8 mile et and trap. I went 14.2 in my acura, with just JDM header, and CAT on Yoko AO32Rs, and 14.11 with nitto drags and test pipe, but it was over 100 degrees with the drags. That is a great time, so before you go off, people are going to always question your time or think it should be better. How does the car feel on a road coarse? I'll bet its bad-a--

Just a question about itr hybrids: what would you think a Eg DX would run with nitto xtremes and a b20/itr head/jdm itr tranny/skunk p28 with bolt ons? If slightly modded itr motors in a Dx are breaking mid 13's, I'm curious about the b20 itr hybrid.

As you can see that dude didn't know how to race. My 60' is in the middle of typical (other have done 13.5 with the same mod). With BPU 13 flat is it (that guy should run high 13's). I agree FEAR the WRX!!
mwahahahaaa

My car weighs 2280 w/o me in it.
Add my 150lbs. for a total of 2430.
For the guy on the Nitto Drag Radials, I was on street tires...the tires I auto-cross on, so sidewall flex is a minimum -- not the best for drag-racing.
How much do the slicks help your 60-footers?
Drag radials?
I want to run 13.5 on street tires...we'll see soon enough.

Slicks should drop your 60 fts to around 1.90
You still should be able to do better on those tires.
How are you launching?
When I launch I feather both the clutch and the throttle...seems to work well.
I pulled a 2.20 on cheap Phantom tires (400 treeadwear rating)
