I know most of you dont drag race, but for those of you who do, heres my question:

I have a 01 ITR with about 23000 miles on it. When I bought it, it had 14000 miles on it. I ran it at the track(stock) and hit a 15.9 which totally sucks. Then again I didnt know how to drive it. I have had plenty of practice now and have installed a aem cai. I see all these other people hitting 13's and 14's. That is sea level of coarse. I just want peoples opinion what this car should be hitting with the elevation here being 3900ft.
