but in case you don't wanna go there
9006 from your low beams ( you can just transplant this one from your USDM headlights as long as you're NOT using the jdm HID assemblies )
on that link it says your corner bulbs are single filament bulbs....but I used a 3 wire socket ( power, ground, accessory ) so I could have my park lights on So I'm using a 1156/7 double filament. Its up to you which route you wanna go. From what I've been reading, the corner lights only come on when you use the turn signal......though someone please correct me as I've also seen this in a lot of pics too....but here's what it should look like using the socket that has the 3 wires. Both headlight and corners should be on
Foglight: H3
Highbeam: H1
city light...194 wedge bulb
