Default Question regarding engine code 9 please Help.

Ok guys I have another question regarding my brothers R. He recently checked his engine codes and ran into code 67 and code 9.

Well I know that code 67 is due to the hi-flow cat, but the next code is kind of confusing me. I got a code 9, which when checked is "#1 cylinder position".
I need help guys, what does this mean and what could be the possible problems?
Could it be the spark plugs? or maybe the octane around our area ( 91 is highest and is always used). Any help and information you can give me is much appreciated. Thanks guys/girls.
