Problem!
My lights used to flash when i hit my alarm, its a viper 300.
I had my fuses blown from my head unit, after that they dont flash anymore. I check every fuse.
there are two fuse boxes. Engine bay, and driver side interior correct??
Im wondering, does the viper have its own set of fuses??

hmm... ?!?
check the viper manual. i would imagine no because wouldn't it just send a signal for the lights to go on and off? And not actually send power itself? So it wouldn't really need a protected line. Does the Viper still work?

this happened to me on my previous car "different alarm, same problem"... i could never figure it out ... so i just gave up who really cares... its is nice to have though my suggestion is find someone that installs your type of alarms and let them know what your experiencing and they might be able to fix the problem

yes the viper system has its own fuses, one is for the lights flashing when you arm or de-arm. the other is for the power lock option through the remote. there are other things tied into these fuses obviously but those are the only two things you should concern your self with.
look under you dash where the module is installed (should be close to the main fuse panel) and there should be to white fuse holders with a 30amp and probaly a 15 or25amp fuse.
you can go to DEI.com and print a manual if you dont have one.
