We do. I believe he is referring to the shorter length of the B16 rods vs. the longer length of the B18 rods, which you should be using.

I dont believe that alone is the root cause....

Do you think headers, especially DC ( plus some dings, dents on the bottom )
+ Stock exhaust could be more of a reason?

im still running stock Cat

Well first off if you run more then one header you won't have sufficient back pressure...

no, you have dropped your compression significantly. Is this even a C5 block?

Why use a Blox I/M? With those cams you need more compression for them to make any power.

I think the 134 is the tq, or is he implying that the 174 is the hp to the flywheel?

Here is some more food for thought.

Do you know what JDM B16 piston/rod assembly you are using?
Anyway, B16 rods are about 134mm in length. B18C rods are about 137.9mm in length.

That would make more sense to me, but the OP has failed to be more thorough in posting his problem.

sounds like either you read the dyno results wrong or you simply lowered your compression greatly. in either case, confirm the dyno results are read correctly and go from there. Honestly your setup is all wrong tho....

go read it again...i never said that.

And thanks for the help ( to the people who actually gave advice )

i am thinking about building the bottom end back up with ITR piston/rod assembly. My original block had a crack in it so i had to use a GSR block.

Change the rods to B18C rods first.

BTW, Plenty of us had read what you posted and it isn't exactly straight forward.
