Default overactive e-brake light

My e-brake light goes on all the time. Even under mild acceleration.

For a while it just did it under hard acceleration, but now it's getting ridiculous. The damn thing lights up every time I leave a stoplight or drive up the ramp for my parking garage.

What could this be? I know it's not the brake fluid cap problem, I checked and it is on tight.

Check your fluid. 99% it's that.
