Help!! Offset

Can anyone tell me the offset for our USDM rims?..
coz I need to search a set new rims....

I've seen them in 17's on ITRs.

But anyone can tell me that is 5x114.3 ,16x7JJ,+46offset perfect fit for my ITR?.......
