Default need help identifying engine.

So i will be purchasing a civic with supposedly a B18C5 swap tomorrow. I will be pulling a carfax off the VIN to make sure its not stolen however how can i identify if its an actual ITR head, block and tranny? thank you.

well, obviously if it's a B18C5
it's the bottom block, and the tranny is suppose to have LSD. (it would say it on the tranny too)
I don't know how'd you see if it was a real ITR head, I'd doubt someone would crack it open and replace it.
