Nope, kept mine on they protect the car nicely.
If you want to remove them just use a screw driver and remove, the screws and voila.

if you take them off be prepared for those nice splash marks right behind the wheels when going through any kind of water. it might not look that great and scrape on speed bumps but its a life saver after a good washing.

Yes and were available on any Integra for those available years.
I had an LS awhile ago and lemme tell you it got badly pitted and lotsa tar spray without the flaps. My PY i didn't get the flaps for the exact reason Rob mentioned, they came in generic black and looks crappy on a yellow car. The black R I got already had them installed by a dealer but I got it from another dealer who just threw them in for free. I think they woulda charged $150. or some unGodly markup.
I have 'em and don't plan to remove them, they do a very good job of protecting behind the wheels and the rear bumper.

In regards to the flaps
leave em on if you have a FBP or NB, and take those suckers off if you have PY or CW
