LOL Car doesn't have the VIN plate with build date in the front of the radiator. Must be part of the history.

my guess is that he jacked that car, bought an LS integra, and switched VIN's.

that car is no doubt hot. local police need to get on this asap, no sittin around...ehhh but any updates?
