Help me out. What is the use of getting the JDM header. The JDM ITR only has 2 more HP than the US version right? The high flow cat could probably give 2hp. Has any one ever seen a dyno of a stock JDM Itr??? How much whp can freed-up by exhaust work on the ITR??

With whole enchilada (i/h/c/e), you should get ~7 hp on otherwise stock engine. Yeah, talk about bad hp-to-$$ ratio. But, most guys with fancy headers don't stop with basic bolt-on parts... add cams if you want more HP.

 

JDM headers can become more beneficial with other mods - free flowing head, intake manifold, TB, cams. and maybe a bump in compression

Yeah. According to GT3 literature the header moves peak torque from 7500 to 6200. But just wait until the results of the great header test to judge for yourself.
