The most important thing you have to learn here is that most of the Type R guys here are against bodykits of anykind and Sparcos are good replacement seats if you have an ex. The sparco Torinos are not that much better than the stock seats. Go sit in some Recaros and you will find they are the best adjustable seats available. I havent sat in the Brides though which look real supportive so my last statement really isnt true yet but that is the review I have always gotton here. Oh by the way, welcome to Honda-Tech and lets see some pictures of my car.

The best way to find out the best prices and places to buy JDM conversions is to search for keyword "JDM" or "conversion" in the Integra Type-R forum on this website. And then if that fails to answer your questions, you can create a post to see if others have answers to your questions.

This is exactly what I did when I needed to get parts for a jdm conversion. Its usually much faster, and you can find much better information if you look through the archived posts. A post like this one can only give you some random answers from the people who are online today.
