Yes they do come with the lip shown. This is what you will actually get.

Does it interfere with traction bars, say Z10?

They come primend so you can paint it any color you want.

It looks easy to adapt to a 97 front end or even a JDM front end.

It appears to be made for a 98+ USDM front end. However, based off pictures only, it looks as of the black sheet and the bracketry can be adapted to fit 97 USDm and all OEM JDM front ends.

What front lip are you using for these splitters?, looks like OEM, but looks like fiberglass at the same time.

It can be sold anyway you want, I have the airdams and brackets in stock you can surely fabricate your own lip if cost is an issue.

I have the USDM front end kit (pictured above) and I also have the JDM front end kit. BOTH IN STOCK!

Its not OEM its about an inch deeper but is not far off the OEM design and yes it is made of fiberglass
