Before you weld on your Rad support, be sure to clamp the rad support down and test fit everything to make sure they align the way they are suppose to.

ok we have all most everything taken off.....but i need a picture of the upper jdm radiator support....looking upwards.....just to compare with what we have....

 

ok i believe we just about have the jdm radiator support on....its a bit bent up....but we're workin on it....without cutting anything....

Alright heres the pictures of last night's work....If anyone could supply us with pictures of the upper corners it would be nice...err where the headlight mounts on and where the radiator mounts to the side...thats what i meant by corners....

Day Two:

DC Sports 4-1 Stainless Header put on... repainting of the bumper support and radiator support... test fitment of the fenders....various other little things....we wasted a lot of time yesterday buying a few bolts and picking stuff up from my friends house cause his car is in my garage...

We ran into a few problems with the passanger side... the fender and door were missaligned....we're working on re-aligning the door with the rest of the car which set us back a little bit...I'll have pictures up soon hopefully.... we also bent the radiator support back into a decent shape...so hopefully we can weld that on. We also still have to cut out part of the chassis so the headlights will go on....if everything goes right we'll finish tonight...hopefully

 

what clamps do you use & how do you put them on? it seems like they'd get in the way when bolting on the parts to test fit everything?

 

we just used C clamps...they work good...

Unless the Rad Support is damaged the ONLY pieces that need to be swapped are the Top and Center of the Rad Support as well as the Headlight Brackets.

 

The Brown Connector on the headlights is setup as follows:
HID Lights (OEM) - 5 Wires
Black - Ground (-)
Blue - Fog Light (+)
Light Green - City Light (+)
Pink - High Beam (+)
White - Low Beam (+)

Non HID Lights - 4 wires
Black - Ground (-)
Blue - Fog Light (+)
Light Green - City Light (+)
Pink - High Beam (+)
(Low Beam uses 9006 Bulb and Plugs into headlight just like the USDM Headlight)

 

Could you also list what colors each of those wires have to be spliced into on the USDM set of wires, Ive noticed the colors arent the same.

Day 3: Yesterday was supposed to be the last day, but we ran into a problem. Scott and myself were not comfortable with the idea of welding the radiator support ourselves, and because of this we had to wait for my brother to get off work to weld the piece on. (hes almost finished with school for welding) So yesterday wasnt to eventful. We would finish up today since we just have to put the body panels and what not back on, but we each have plans. So we have to put off working until saturday. Pictures are linked below.

Day 4 recap. Since we didnt have much time at all we only worked for about a hour or so... fenders and headlights... everything is shaping up. we set the bumper on it....we just need to make some adjustments to the bumper support so the bumper lines up nicely with the headlights and fender.... here are the pictures. Oh, the original hood release cable wasnt long enough because of the repositioning of the hood latch. So we went and got a 00 accord hood latch, which the honda dealership said wouldnt work with an integra because they're two diffrent companies....i laughed....but anyways...heres the pictures...
