It is perfect right out of the box, but like I said earlier, I like my car low. Suspension was my first mod, I would be happy with stock engine if I had to.

Mine told me to take it to a track that had lots of twisties, that it was more than capable of holding its own as is.

It was right too!

It really does not need any modifications, but they don't hurt. I kept mine relatively stock for a year. Most people here probably modify their Rs but quite a few people don't and are perfectly happy.

When I first got mine, I just couldn't wait to get it broke in, so I can really beat on it. My first mod was the Ungo car alarm, second was the AEM intake. I'm happy with the car as is, but I'm planning on lowering it that .5-.75"

My first one was great stock. I even drove it from CT to Miami and back, Long friggen trip!

My second one asked nicely for a 4.929 FD and lightened FW. It loves its new feel and really enjoys to push itself hard at Auto-X's. I got it an intake and header for Christmas since it was a good little R.

Man...I thought the car was god when I first bought it. I didn't even want to mod it until I got into H-T.
