I thought installing my HID retrofit kit wouldn't be that hard, but it's a lot more involved than I previously thought. So...for those of you who got your HID's professionally installed, how much did you pay, how long did it take, and how does it look? Thanks in advance!

 

The Philips kit is simple to install. Which one did you get?

 

Yeah...what do you have....takes like 10 minutes to install.

 

What did you get? Mine took 5 minutes of deciding where to mount it and 10 minutes install it. BTW: I got a Philips kit.

 

Did you get them for your high beams, like you had planned?

 

 

It cost me 180cdn (about 120ish USD) to have a set of HIDS from an Audi A6 installed into my car.

 

I got them for the high beams and low beams. I have a Philips low beam kit and a Bellof high beam one.

The hardest part of the install for my Philips kit was peeling the paper backing off of the velcro pads. I have really short finger nails...
