hrm... a fellow R owner in pittsburgh had a problem with his speedo.... ended up being a fuse that is inline with the VSS 'somewhere'.... and it isn't shown in helms. can't find the archived topic rigt now. sux, that's no help.

Yeah, he didn't think it was from his alarm install, the acura people who finally found it said it was a factory inline fuse...hope this helps, if you get a chance to take some pics, please do.
