Help JUN III problems
AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
All 96+ ECUs are faster than their older counterparts. But thats not the reason
why the AFC doesnt work well.

Just GUT THE CAT!!!!
Gutting the cat creates a rather large abrupt change in exh diameter which
can actually do more harm than good.
What kind of damage r we talkin about?

Obviously some people dont know how to read the initial post. I have 1. a JUN ECU 2. a 2.5 inch coll and exh. and a 3 inch diameter short ram intake. I took it out to a desolate road last night and played with the V-AFC and I was able to tune it to the point were it is almost transparent. I leaned it out in that region and raised VTEC engagement to 6000. It feels alot better although I believe it is the Cat that is causing the dip, The cat I believe cannot flow enough at VTEC for the increased exhaust flow, I am building a testpipe at the moment and Will install it after the Manifold is on and go hit the dyno. I have heard all that crap about the JUN ECU not liking the V-AFC but I think it is crap, If I lean out the car in the top-end I feel a change, same as if I richen it up. I have had this setup for around a year and have only begun to notice the dip, come to think of it, maybe the cat is clogged, what do you folks think.
SGT, although I love your one word answers, maybe a little insight on how to fix this would help me, if you feel like it of course.
