i'm planning on getting HID's like 5000K ones philips, do i get like the a specific one for our headlights
like a projector one
or do they all work the same
do i just tell the guy 5000K HID 9006 ?
and to install it
its plug and play right?

i dont know if philips make 5000k, which i dont think so. i only know they have 6000k you better check with thhat

d2s is for projectors and d2r is for reflect

 

I think there is D2S and D2R.
S = projector lights (tegs)
R = Reflector lights (civic, accord, etc.)

Plug and play!

no d2s and d2r have nothing to do with color temperture
d2s is for project lights 94-01 integra headlights have a ball kinda looks
d2r is for reflector like prelude
the difference between d2r d2s is how the lights reflex d2r has a metal shield on it
